Toshi/Sushi ChefToshi-san was trained in Tokyo, Japan where he was recognized as a gifted sushi chef. He came to America more than 20 years ago and has been working at some of New York’s top sushi restaurants ever since. He has won critical acclaim and a loyal following for his innovative signature sushi creations. Most recently, Toshi-san was the sushi chef at Smithtown’s H20 Seafood Grill. He brings with him a sublime sense of style that sushi lovers both admire and enjoy.
Masanori Niidate/Sushi ChefBorn in Hokkaido, Japan, Masanori-san previously owned and operated Heisei Restaurant in Patchogue for more than 18 years. His specialties include feather light pan-fried beef dumplings and deep-fried shrimp dumplings that The New York Times described as “crisp golden puffs of goodness.” Masanori-san is an honored, and essential, addition to Hazy Moon. James KnowlesJames is the latest addition to our kitchen. He has been a chef for over 25 years and is a member of the American Culinary Federation, World Association of Chefs and the International Association of Cooking Professionals. He brings with him a creative flair for unique dishes that balances well with all that Hazy Moon has to offer. |
